Subscribe to the 2020 Road Calendar

You can view our upcoming events at the “Events” tab in the main menu. To stay updated, you can subscribe to our calendar by following the instructions below.

Here is the 2020 open calendar in Google Calendar format:

You can subscribe to the calendar to automatically add our events to your Google Calendar, MacOS, iPhone/iPad, Microsoft Outlook or other calendar app.

If you’re using Google Calendar, it’s very easy. Just click the “+Google Calendar” logo at the bottom-right corner of the calendar you see above. If this doesn't work on your Android device, try it in a desktop browser.

For other platforms, start by copying this URL:

https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/cycling.org.au_m2fesgos7hdq977l1h471dsi8o%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

If you use MacOS, copy the URL. Then open the Calendar app. Inside the app, go to "File > New Calendar Subscription" and paste the URL.

If you use iPhone or iPad, copy the URL. Go to your device "Settings > Passwords and Accounts > Add account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar" and paste the URL. Follow the prompts to confirm.

If you use Microsoft Office or Outlook, copy the URL. Then go to "File > Info Account Settings > Internet Calendars > New" and paste the URL. Click OK when prompted.

If you use the web version of Microsoft Outlook, copy the URL. Then, go to your "Calendar > Import Calendar > From Web" and paste the URL where it asks for the "Link to the calendar". Enter a calendar name, then click Import.

Subscribing is the best option because any changes, additions and deletions to the calendar will be automatically updated on your device.

If you can’t subscribe, you can directly download the calendar as it stands right now, but it won’t automatically update to reflect any changes. We suggest you check back and re-download it every so often to receive the updates. For a direct download, right-click the iCal URL to save the .ics file. Then you can import it directly into the calendar app of your choice.

Notes
