Limited places remain for Cycling Australia's Community Club Coach (CCC) course which will be held online and be available to all CA members on Saturday September 19.
The CCC Course is discipline and event-specific to Road and Track Cycling. It is designed and targeted at beginner coaches who will assist beginner club riders to develop their road and track riding skills within a Club environment. The course addresses discipline-specific planning and evaluation, bike set-up, road and track cycling skill development and practical coaching. The full course is two days in duration – day one is the introduction to instruction of beginner cyclists and also includes the skills theory specific to road and track cycling.
The webinar session for the CCC will complete the theoretical components (Day 1) of the course and set you up for your practical assessment (Day 2) which will be organised with your Member State or Territory post completion of the online theory with a pass in the short theory assignment.
The CCC qualification is accredited by Cycling Australia and is a nationally recognised coaching course under the Cycling Australia Coaching and Officiating Accreditation Scheme.
